HPC Account Request#

The HPC cluster is available for use by all Tufts Faculty, Staff and Students at no cost to them. All users get a home folder with 30GB of storage space and access to run compute jobs on the public partitions. Faculty with a Tufts University appointment can request additional storage for use by their lab.

Prerequisites:#

  • Tufts University Affiliates - faculty, staff, student, collaborator work with a Tufts University faculty

  • A valid Tufts account

  • Visible in Tufts Directory

HPC Account Request#

Network Requirement: Tufts_Secure, Tufts_Wireless, Tufts Ethernet, Tufts VPN

RCRM is NOT accessible on Tufts_Guest network

To verify and request access to the Tufts HPC cluster, please go to https://rcrm.it.tufts.edu/

  • Click on Request and Verify Access to HPC Cluster

  • Login with Tufts SSO (Tufts username and password)

  • Follow on-screen instructions

  • It may take up to 24 hours for the new HPC cluster access request to be processed
