Manage Billing#
Research tiered storage beyond the free tier incurs costs based on the amount of storage allocated to your project. This guide covers how to manage those costs through RCRM — including how to apply your no-cost quota to specific projects, view current storage charges, and assign a department or grant number for billing purposes. Faculty with a Tufts University appointment receive a no-cost quota that can be distributed across one or more projects they own.
View Cost Preview Report#
This report previews the costs for projects with billing codes. Each line previews the cost that would be charged to each billing code for the project. NOTE: The Cost Preview Report is currently only available to storage owners.
