# Research Storage

TTS Research Technology operates the Tiered Research Storage environment to provide storage that meets the unique data size and performance needs of researchers. This is beyond the general purpose storage solutions available for university wide use. ​

This research storage environment provides multiple storage systems with each having different performance levels, allowing for multiple costs options. It also provides analysis tools that allow you to see how much data you have, where it is, its age, and plan for its growth.
