# Beginner's guide for conducting bioinformatics analysis on Tufts HPC

The goals of this workshop are to:

- Help users get started with bioinformatics analysis, especially command-line bioinformatics, on Tufts HPC.
- Familiarize with bioinformatics resources/tools available on Tufts HPC.
